The most amazing dental experience! Dr Jacob and Dr Rafail are true professionals. Along with their whole team, they made my kids (3,5 &7 yo) feel so comfortable for dental cleanings and checkups. They gave us all such personalized and special care. They were extremely thorough and listened to every concern. Not to mention, the office is beautiful and extremely clean! Even after the office officially closed, Dr Jacob stayed back to finish my whitening and told her dental assistant to go home. That was truly incredible to witness. I have taken the time to write this review because I have not had the best experiences with dentist visits in the past. I was referred to Lakewood Smiles and was immediately treated with professionalism when I walked into the office. I met Dr. Rafail, and he helped calm my nerves and anxiety. He listened to my needs, was accommodating and friendly, and helped me formulate a cost-efficient plan to improve my smile. My time here was not exaggerated. I have had some really bad experiences with dentists in the past, so when I came to Lakewood Smiles, I was skeptical and scared. But they have the latest equipment that’s quieter than I’ve ever heard PLUS they have TV’s ON THE DADGUM CEILING!!! I had headphones and the remote the whole time… my ex-wife never let me have the remote! I felt like I was in control… before I knew it, the procedure was complete!

They worked with my insurance to make the whole process a breeze. I can’t believe I’m going to say this, but I actually look forward to going to the dentist now.

I recently went to Lakewood Smiles for an Invisalign consultation and ended up staying for a deep clean. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the studio-like ambiance of the office; it's so beautifully designed that it feels like it should be featured in a magazine!

Dr. Rafail was incredibly thorough during my consultation, taking the time to go over my X-rays and explaining the entire Invisalign process in detail. It's rare to find a healthcare professional who dedicates so much time to ensure you understand everything. I was apprehensive about the process but after the thorough explanation, I actually went ahead and officially started the process during that same consultation.

My deep clean was handled by Dr. Jacob, who did an outstanding job. I have some sensitive areas in my mouth, and she was exceptionally gentle, always making sure I was comfortable. Her patience was remarkable, allowing me as many breaks as I needed without ever making me feel rushed.

The entire staff at the office was welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home from the get-go. Despite living in the Heights, which is a bit of a distance away, I've decided to make this my permanent dentist office.

To anyone looking for top-notch dental care in a comfortable and inviting environment, I highly recommend paying them a visit. You won't be disappointed!
